LEONARD
CEREGHINO, President, is a 24-year veteran
of the securities industry, known for his ability to help
companies during periods of intense media scrutiny and
corporate change. As president, he is integrally involved
in developing strategy with account managers for each
client. He markets clients to an extensive network of
contacts throughout the US and Europe, based on his experience
as an Assistant VP with Drexel Burnham Lambert and as
an investment advisor with Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Cereghino provides clients with a realistic perspective
on perceptions of corporate activities and advises on
issues affecting these perceptions including corporate
governance, restructuring and strategic planning. Before
establishing his own company, Mr. Cereghino was Senior
VP with a large Northwest IR and proxy solicitation
firm. Over the past 20 years, he has been an outside
advisor to more than 50 management teams. Mr. Cereghino
holds a Business Administration degree from Arizona
State University. He served as an officer in the United
States Army and worked on assignment with army officers
of the Soviet Union.

BECKY
PENDLETON REID, Vice President, has provided
strategic IR counsel to over 30 client companies. She
has written and produced numerous presentations for IPO
roadshows and for presentation to the New York Society
of Security Analysts. Ms. Reid has 15 years of securities
industry experience, including 6 years with Shearson Lehman
and Merrill Lynch. Prior to her work as a stockbroker,
she was Asst. Manager of Public Relations for Baskin Robbins
Intl. where she was responsible for national publicity,
media events, new product promotion and consumer relations.
Ms. Reid holds a Masters of Business Administration from
the University of Washington and Bachelor of Arts degree
from UCLA. |

DIANE
FITZGIBBONS, Managing Director, specializes
in financial communications programs for our community
banking clients. She has extensive experience with capital
markets, including IPO's, as well as a strong background
in retail banking. In addition to managing IR activities
for clients, she writes, edits and produces many marketing
materials. She is responsible for the production of the
Bank Comparison Report that analyzes key ratios of our
financial institution clients and is distributed to 1,000
analysts, money managers, and brokers. Formerly an investment
advisor with Morgan Stanley, she worked largely with small
business owners and their company's retirement plans.
Prior to her work as a stockbroker, she was in the Management
Training Program at Wells Fargo Bank. Ms. Fitzgibbons
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
from the University of Washington with a concentration
in Marketing. |

KEVIN
MCAULIFFE ,
Managing Director, has over 22 years experience advising
and representing banks and has unique experience in understanding
the relationships between banks and other service providers.
His banking experience includes strategic planning, equity
valuations, equity offerings, M&A advisory, fairness opinions,
de novo organizations, loan portfolio valuations, mutual
to stock conversion underwritings, managing a financial
sector hedge fund, managing a financial sector broker/dealer
and managing financial sector research, trading and brokering
operations. His broad experience in the banking sector
provides insight into ways for banks to maximize profitability.
Additionally, he has a clear understanding of how bank
operations are interpreted by the external interests of
shareholders, members and/or regulators. Mr. McAuliffe
was previously employed as a Senior Vice President of
Capital Resources Group, Inc. in Washington, DC from 1985
to 2001. In 2001, Mr. McAuliffe was President of Capital
Resources, Inc, a broker/dealer servicing the banking
sector. In 2004, Mr. McAuliffe joined FIG Partners, LLC
as Sr. Vice President to establish their investment banking
division. |

MARGARET
KUHN, Account
Manager, has extensive experience developing and executing
strategic, cost-effective, investor relations programs.
She is able to balance critical disciplines of marketing,
finance, and communications to provide existing and potential
investors with an accurate portrayal of a company's performance
and prospects. Prior to joining The Cereghino Group, Ms.
Kuhn spent 12 years with San Diego-based Bank of Commerce
and served as their First Vice President and Director
of Investor Relations before the bank was acquired by
U.S. Bancorp. In addition, Ms. Kuhn served as the Director
of Corporate Communications for Quidel Corporation, a
biotech company, and held a similar position with Copper
Mountain Networks, a San Diego-based telecommunications
company. Ms Kuhn holds a Business Administration degree
from Sheffield, England, and is also a LEAD San Diego
Graduate. |

SALLY
GHORMLEY, Operations Manager, has
over 20 years of expertise in financing and accounting.
Ms. Ghormley has a diversified background from working
with small local businesses to large corporations and
recently owning her own mortgage business. A Seattle
native having attended North Seattle CC and the University
of Washington, Ms. Ghormley is very active in the community.
Her memberships include being Program Chair on the Board
of Directors for the American Society of Women Accountant,
Chair for the North Seattle Community College Accounting
Technical Advisory Board and Sponsor Chair for the Executive
Board for Women's Business Exchange.
