Well-known and well-respected with contractors, city planners, and realtors, Dan has developed more than 900 residential units in Seattle. MARK KNOLL - Co-Founder and CFO With more than 20 years of experience in real estate lending and development, Mark is the chief architect of Blueprint Capital's business model. He brings a passion for numbers, organization and strategy to Blueprint. Mark earned a degree in mathematics from the University of Washington in 1988, and Blueprint is the third company he has successfully launched.
